Registration Module

Open every claim file from one entry point, regardless of its type or source.

Every insurance claim begins in a different department depending on its type: Motor Claims, Non-Motor Claims, or Finance in the case of defaulting customers. When each department creates its files in its own way without a unified template, Legal Affairs may receive incomplete data and attachments upon referral, leading to repeated requests for missing documents.

The Registration Module provides a unified entry point for creating an incident file or defaulting-customer file directly from the source department: Motor Claims creates a motor-accident file, Non-Motor Claims creates an incident file, and Finance creates a defaulting-customer file, with procedures tracked for each file and separate reports for each department before referral to Legal Affairs.

What Does the Module Display / Manage?

  • Create a motor-accident file from Motor Claims.
  • Create an incident file from Non-Motor Claims.
  • Create a defaulting-customer file from Finance.
  • Track actions on each file type until referral.
  • Separate reports for each department (motor, non-motor, defaulting customers).
  • Verify completion of required attachments before referral.

Questions This Module Answers

  • What files are currently open in each source department?
  • Were the required attachments completed before referral?
  • What actions were taken on the file before it was transferred to Legal Affairs?
  • How many files of each type were created during the period?
